After a long and exhausting search to find a therapist that took my insurance I had no luck. This practice went out of its way to accommodate me immediately. I have worked with my therapist for close to 6 years and would highly highly recommend them to anyone in need of help. They continue to go above and beyond for me consistently no matter what. My life course continues to shift in a positive direction with their guidance. Their care has literally saved and changed my life. I cannot thank them enough.

I am a psychologist who shares many clients with Guide to Wellness. Thus I am in a unique position to know how clients do in their care. Guide to Wellness prescribers are professionals who take the time to truly listen to clients' needs and also to collaborate with therapists who refer them. I have had the pleasure of working with all of the NPs on staff and find them to be helpful and insightful in their patient approaches. They are also a practice that can work with many insurances. In addition to their clinical care, administrative staff is very responsible and capable, confirming benefits up front and communicating all costs associated with services. I’ve been a client of Mike Urban’s since 2019. I’ve battled Eating Disorders paired with alcoholism + substance abuse. I’ve seen a pluthera of therapists, but I have never connected or engaged with anyone like Mike. I appreciate how direct he is as well as nonjudgmental, and flexible with my schedule.
