I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in anxiety disorders, depression, relationship and family issues. Utilizing Psychotherapy, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and DBT techniques, I assist clients in developing a range of coping mechanisms to facilitate their healing process. Together, we can explore your core beliefs and values, address past emotional trauma, and develop healthy boundaries and coping skills. This process will help you cultivate self-awareness and personal responsibility, thereby empowering you to take control of your life and overcome obstacles.
I graduated with my master’s degree from Widener University where I took part in an internship program implementing trauma informed care at a youth program. With over twelve years of experience in mental health, my background includes working in group homes and assisting families at the county level to navigate services such as waivers, Intensive Case Management (ICM), and children’s services. I am passionate about meeting clients where they are at in life and creating a safe space for vulnerability and strength.
