Clinical Supervisor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Chelsea Fallier
Hello! I’m Chelsea Fallier, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania, Colorado, and Delaware. I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Pittsburgh and have been in the human services field since I was 22. Much of my recent work has focused on supporting individuals navigating addiction and life transitions.
I aim to create an open, non-judgmental, and truly welcoming space where you can feel safe and supported. I know that starting therapy is a big step, and I’m honored to be part of that process. My specialties include perinatal and postpartum concerns, infertility, anxiety, depression, addiction, LGBTQ+ identities, relationships, and self-esteem. I draw from ACT, CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and a person-centered approach to tailor our work to your unique needs.
What to Expect in Therapy With Me
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but my goal is to make the process comfortable and grounded from the very beginning. When we work together, you can expect:
A warm, non-judgmental space to talk openly
Supportive, honest conversations that move at your pace
Collaborative goal-setting based on what matters most to you
Evidence-based tools tailored to your needs
Validation and empowerment without pressure or shame
A therapist who shows up authentically and genuinely cares about your wellbeing
You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone — I’m here to support you every step of the way Chelsea.
