I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with more than a decade of experience in psychiatry. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Villanova University and my Master of Science in Nursing from Wilkes University. Since 2014, I’ve had the privilege of caring for patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings, treating a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and other psychiatric conditions. I am passionate about helping people better understand their mental health, identify meaningful treatment goals, and develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that support lasting wellness.
My approach to care is centered on building a trusting, collaborative relationship with each patient. I believe the best outcomes come from taking the time to understand each person’s unique experiences and create a treatment plan tailored to their individual needs and goals. I strive to provide compassionate, judgment-free care where patients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in every treatment decision. By combining medication management with education and supportive therapy, my goal is to empower patients with the knowledge and confidence they need to make meaningful progress.
I understand that reaching out for help—or meeting with a new provider for the first time—can feel overwhelming. My goal is to make that first step as comfortable as possible by creating a safe, supportive environment where patients can openly share their concerns at their own pace. I believe everyone deserves compassionate, high-quality mental health care, and I’m committed to helping my patients build resilience, find hope, and create a healthier, more fulfilling future.
